Edavaka Mission
About Us
Under the auspices of Mar Thoma Voluntary Evangelistic Association, our Church also has a vibrant Edavaka Mission. Our objective is to motivate and inspire every member of our Church to be a witness for Jesus Christ in their day to day life.
We meet once a week for fellowship, intercessory prayer, Bible study and sharing experiences. Members of Edavaka mission also help Sunday Service by assisting in the Madubaha, visiting elderly and sick to provide spiritual nourishment.
The weekly fellowship meetings are held on Wednesday’s at 10:00 am in the Church. Our Vicars have been leading the weekly meetings through Bible studies and these studies are based on a particular book of the Bible. We also meet for Fasting prayer on Saturdays and the time is spent praying for people who specifically have prayer requests.
